Biggest rip off car dealer you can find. Don't get the extended warranty!! If you cancel it you will lose $400.00 right off the bat,even it it has been cancelled within 30 days nelson's keeps it for profit. We had a kia for 25 days in the shop once a week. 1st week air bag lite was on. 2nd wk we took it back to the due to a chip in te windshield could not get it fixed. On the 4th wk went out of town ,coming back vehicle made a clunk noise top speed 20 mph and air contditioner started putting out white mist. Traded the kia in but don't think you are going to get a good deal on another replacement vehicle you won't, You don't even get back the amount you paid for the vehicle that broke down, if you plan on giving it back to them.
